Women's Ministries

We are blessed to have active women's groups in each of our parishes. The names of the groups vary by parish, but all groups are open to and include all women of the parish, and act through their members to support, empower, and educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership, and service. The groups are:

• St. Peter Altar & Rosary Society
• St. Boniface Council of Catholic Women (CCW)
• ABVM Council of Catholic Women (CCW)
• St. Joseph Ladies Guild

The Diocese of Superior hosts winter weekend retreats that are open to all women of the diocese. The 2024 retreats, which focused on relationship, identity, and mission, were held in February at the Heartwood Resort in Trego, WI. The 2025 Women's Diocesan Retreats are scheduled for February 1-2, 2025, and February 8-9, 2025​, at the ​Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center in Trego, WI.
